THE MISSION
Chelsey came to us as she had just bought an established bricks and mortar business in Victoria, BC. She was undergoing a rebranding and renaming process and so it was super important that this transformation went smoothly both in the physical space but also online. It was crucial that the old business’ SEO would be transferred over to the new domain – from igaslaser.com to olakinoskin.com.
In addition, to the rebranding, Chelsey has a growth mindset and wanted a digital marketing plan and agency to reflect that. Together we are working to digitize the business from an appointment system to generating new appointments. Content marketing and publishing articles along with social media posts is also important in establishing authority and educating their audience about their services.
