Our main service is digital marketing and search engine marketing. However, in order to offer full-service marketing and also so we have full access and control over a client website, we moved into the hosting realm. This means we do safe updating of your WordPress core, theme and plugins every month as long as we don’t need to buy the new premium version. If this happens, we notify you via your monthly report, which shows you the health status of your website.

The monthly report shows you any issues with your website, such as a plugin with a security vulnerability. We actively work to remove these but sometimes need you to buy an updated license or other to resolve the problem. In addition, the report shows you what was updated in the previous month and other things such as your uptime. The monthly report is sent on the 1st of each month to your email inbox.

Yes, all websites we host are provided with an included SSL certificate that we set up as soon as we move the site to our hosting. It renews automatically.

Technically yes, this is shared hosting. However, we have 4 different servers and the maximum number of sites we have on one server is about 20 sites. Each server has a dedicated IP with a ton of scalable resources.
We do have the option for clients to purchase their own dedicated IP and have their own server but this is overkill. By using CloudFlare Enterprise on all our sites we are effectivity giving each website its own dedicated proxy IP address anyhow for extra security and speed. We also actively manage the reputation of all our websites as well.

No. Email admin and configuration is done either in-house by your IT team or by your IT managed services provider. We have local companies we work with and can recommend if you need help with email configuration. We do help with updating DNS records related to email since all email is configured at domain level.
